HIRAYA is a political party that was established on October 11, 2020. Hiraya came from the word "Hiraya Manawari" that figuratively means "reach your dreams."

On the other note, having the courage to step up for this school year to serve the student body may serve as a "hope" for the students despite the situation we are currently experiencing. At the end of the day, there are people who will still be willing to extend their hands to others amid this pandemic by serving other people. HIRAYA Party-list would like to promote accessible and quality services to students and will create possibilities and build transformations at these trying times.
